Youth Jiu-Jitsu
Our 5-12 year old Youth Jiu-Jitsu program is filled with FUN! We go through a series of warm-ups and technical movements to boost confidence and increase mobility. We focus on a "learn through play" method which we believe is the best foundation to introduce our curriculum of self-defense, sport, and anti-bullying. Students are rewarded with a game at the end of class for working hard.
Adult Jiu-Jitsu
Fundamental classes benefit everyone from novice to advanced level Jiu-Jitsu athletes. You will learn a series of escapes, sweeps, submissions, and takedowns to build a well-rounded game. These classes are done in gi (kimono) and no-gi formats.

Our curriculum utilizes a linear learning system. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you can benefit from learning with our A-Z format. All of our lessons build upon the previous block.
Combatives classes are geared for self-defense and perfect for beginners! This one-hour course will cover a thread of techniques for a given scenario and you will work with a partner to develop timing and build reflexes. Combatives is an excellent way to learn Jiu-Jitsu in a non-competitive safe, fun, and cooperative training environment.
